Easy Sourdough Pizza Dough

Jump to Recipe

This easy pizza dough recipe uses sourdough starter and is so easy to make. I like to double this recipe so I always have pizza dough ready to go in the fridge.

Store them in the fridge for up to a week!

Equipment Needed:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, active starter, salt, and water. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for about 12 hours (or overnight).

Once rested, divide the dough into 4 portions. Each portion can be rolled out into a pizza crust and topped as you like.

Bake at 500 Degrees until the cheese is starting to brown.
