Method
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, active starter, salt, and water. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for about 12 hours (or overnight).
- Once rested, divide the dough into 4 portions. Each portion can be rolled out into a pizza crust and topped as you like.
- Bake at 500 Degrees until the cheese is starting to brown.
- Tip: For an extra crispy crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone
